“I would like to congratulate ICP [Integrated Community Planning] and the Oswego County Early Childhood Alliance program for their hard work and dedication to the children of Oswego County…It is imperative that Oswego County has programs like this to help shape the minds of the young and provide services for parents and their children to live a long and healthy, successful life.”

-Jay Scanlon, Oswego County 16th District Legislator

Families can reach the OCHMG team by calling 211 and asking for a Help Me Grow coordinator. Families will then be connected to local resources that address their needs and concerns. Additionally, Emma, the program’s Coordinator, is available to assist individuals and families and can be reached directly at (315) 343-2344, Ext. 114 and via email at OswegoCountyHMG@icpoc.org.
